Killer Bread

So...one of Mackenzie's favorite things is Killer Bread. This came from a few friends in Cedar Rapids who ran across it in some magazine. I take a whole loaf of crusty bread, cut it halve lengthwise and toast it after a bit of butter. Then I mix a few tablespoons of mayo with 2 cloves of garlic and 1/2  a cup of grated parmesean. Slather the toasted loaves and broil for a few  minutes till hot and bubbly. Killer Bread. Really.
