Marinating the butterflied boneless leg of lamb tonight for the grill tomorrow.
1 tbl roasted corriander and cumin
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 inch knob of rough chopped ginger
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 lemon juiced
Flatten the leg of lamb and butterfly open, place in a gallon bag and pour marinade over. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
